PTC Head Office address is: Punjab Transport Company Office, Electric Bus Depot, Hamdard Chowk, Madar-e- Millat Road, Green Town, Lahore. Furthermore Challan Offices are also located at 134-Green Town, Old PRTC Depot, Industrial Area, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore and Railway Station. 

PTC Office timing for public dealing are from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00hrs.

You can pay your challan fees at any branch of National bank of Pakistan within 10 days to the issuance of the fine slip and get back your documents from relevant PTC challan offices.

A document issued by the Transport Authority, authorizing the use of a transport vehicle as a contract carriage or stage carriage, or authorising the owner as a private carrier or public carrier to use such vehicle; Route permit is a mandatory document for all transport vehicles; as per section 44 of Motor Vehicle Ordinance 1965, ‘‘Transport vehicles not to be used or driven without permit’’.
